Refund & Exchange Policy:
We apologize but due to the nature of the merchandise we sell, we have a strict return and exchange policy.
We do not give refunds.
*No refunds on special orders*
However, if you are not satisfied with your wig, you may exchange your purchase within 5 business days. Only one exchange is permitted per order. In order to exchange, the wig must be in the new, unworn original condition with tags attached. To exchange, make sure to obtain a RMA Number from customer service returns@agirlsbestfriendwigs.com, or call us @ (702) 586-1986. The RMA number is needed to ensure that wig will be accepted upon receipt. Please include the RMA number, original order number, reason for exchange and list of items you want in exchange. For all exchanges, re-stocking fee of $15.00 per wig or 20% of purchase amount (whichever is greater) and the shipping charge. Shipping and handling fees cannot be refunded.
*Changes:
A fee of $5.00 will added to your purchase order for any changes or modifications regarding color, item, payment or shipping, requested after the order is placed. Requests for changes to orders will be accepted up to 9am (PST) the following business day.
*Special orders:
If there is a style or a color that you specifically need, please email or call us, more than likely we can track it down for you at no extra cost.
Cancellation Fees:
For any shipments returned due to a bad address, refusal upon delivery, or cancellation after 24 hours of placing order; there will be a 30% cancellation fee charged.
Fraud & Theft:
CREDIT CARD FRAUD AND THEFT OF OUR MERCHANDISE WILL BE PROSECUTED TO THE FULL EXTENT OF THE LAW.
